As your new Pharmacist, Jill will be responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, providing counsel on proper medication usage, and collaborating with your healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. She is passionate about optimizing patient outcomes and will play a vital role in enhancing your pharmacy services.

As your new Diabetes Educator Jill will be responsible for ensuring that you meet the goal of controlled Diabetes. She is passionate about optimizing patient outcomes and will play a vital role in enhancing your Diabetes care.

How can Jill help?

  • Teach you about diabetes, what it is, the potential risks and complications, how to manage and prevent them.
  •  Help you monitor and manage your blood glucose levels
  •  Learn how to use CGM and FGM e.g. FreeStyle Libre 2, Dexcom G6.
  • Teach you how to use medications, including insulin therapy
  • Give you access to subsidized test strips, other products and services you may need to manage your diabetes through the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS).
  • Provide you with motivation, guidance and support to help you set and work towards your health goals.
  • Work closely with your GP, nurse, endocrinologist, physiotherapist, podiatrist, dietician, exercise physiologist, and any other health professionals in your diabetes care team so you receive the most effective and holistic care possible.
  • Jill speaks both English and Spanish
