Robina Doctors Housecalls available.

HOUSECALLS and TELEPHONE or EMAIL ACCESS

Housecalls are available exclusively for Enrolled patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. A call out fee will be charged accordingly in addition to your consultation fee.
 
Doctors in the practice may be contacted during normal surgery hours. The receptionist will put you through to the Nurse first who will triage the call. If your call is not urgent, a message will be given to the Doctor and they will return your call at their earliest opportunity. Your call will always be put through to the Doctor in an emergency.

You can also email the Nurse using contact us. We always try our very best to respond to your email within 48 hours but it could take up to 7 days. This service is only for non-urgent matters. Do NOT email for urgent matters. 

If you do not receive a response to your email within 48 hours please contact the clinic on 5689 1212 as we may not have received your email.
