Robina Doctors provides both Telephone and Video Telehealth consultations. These can be booked by online or by contacting the clinic on 5689 1212.
Special Terms for Telehealth Consultations

By utilizing the Telehealth (telephone or video) services provided by Robina Doctors Pty Ltd, the patient and the patient’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns (collectively referred to as ‘the Patient’) hereby agree to the following:

• A video or telephone Telehealth consult cannot replace or replicate a face-to-face consultation with a healthcare professional. The Patient acknowledges that Telehealth has limitations that may affect the ability to provide an accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. The Patient understands that certain physical examinations or assessments may not be possible through Telehealth, and there may be risks and uncertainties associated with relying solely on Telehealth services.
• The Patient acknowledges and agrees that Robina Doctors Pty Ltd has made them aware of the limitations and potential risks associated with Telehealth services. The Patient understands that the healthcare provider may provide advice, recommendations, or treatment based on the information and observations available during the Telehealth consult, but it may not be as comprehensive as an in-person consultation.

By continuing with the Telehealth services provided by Robina Doctors Pty Ltd, the Patient accepts and assumes the risks associated with Telehealth and acknowledges that they have been given the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the limitations and potential risks of Telehealth.

The Patient further agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Robina Doctors Pty Ltd, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the limitations and potential risks associated with Telehealth services, including any inaccurate assessment, diagnosis, or treatment resulting from the use of Telehealth.
This release and waiver of liability shall apply to any and all claims, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, or any other cause of action, and shall extend to all parties associated with Robina Doctors Pty Ltd, including its employees, agents, contractors, and successors.

The Patient further agrees to waive any right to bring any legal action, lawsuit, or claim against Robina Doctors Pty Ltd or its representatives for any harm, inaccuracies, or limitations suffered as a result of Telehealth services. This clause shall survive the termination or expiration of the service agreement.
By signing or accepting these terms and conditions, the Patient acknowledges that they have read and understood this clause and voluntarily waive their rights to bring any claims against Robina Doctors Pty Ltd for any harm, inaccuracies, or limitations incurred during the course of the Telehealth services.”
