Robina Doctors  is a General Practice and Allied Health Provider Clinic that was established in 2012. The Clinic is conveniently located at Robina Family Medical Centre which is located across the road from the Robina Train Station and Robina Hospital, and a short drive from Robina Town Centre.

Dr Vinodha Naidoo

Dr Naidoo completed her Medical training in South Africa and moved to New Zealand before moving to Australia. She holds Fellowships from the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Naidoo completed advanced training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in New Zealand.

Dr Prakash Appanna

Dr Appanna completed his Medical training in South Africa and moved to New Zealand before moving to Australia. He holds Fellowships from the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Appanna completed advanced training in Sports Medicine in New Zealand and advanced Training in Skin Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment in Australia. He also previously worked at the Gold Coast Melanoma Clinic in Coolangatta and the Dermatology Clinic at Gold Coast University Hospital providing a Secondary Care Skin Cancer Services to patients referred by their GP for more complex procedures. Dr Appanna also has advanced training in Emergency Medicine having worked at both public and private Hospital Emergency Departments in both New Zealand and Australia. Dr Appanna is also a leading prescriber of Medical Cannabis in Australia having adopted the use of Medical Cannabis to assist patients manage their chronic medical problems.

Kaitlin  – Practice Nurse

Kaitlin joined the practice in April 2021 from North Queensland. Kaitlin started her training in Taiwan

before moving to Australia and completing her training at QUT in 2017 with a Bachelor of Nursing.

She has extensive experience in General Practice Nursing and speaks both English and Mandarin.

Gillary Assedjian – Clinical Pharmacist and Diabetes Educator

Jill joined the team in early 2023. She has extensive experience in Clinical Pharmacy and Diabetes

Education. Jill has a son and daughter and is married to Victor who is a Nurse. Jill is originally from

Colombia and speaks both English and Spanish.
